Who we are

Sports Network Inc. operates SportsNetworkHub.com, our corporate website. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with this website and inquiries you send through its contact options. It does not automatically apply to our other websites, customer platforms, or separately contracted services, which may have their own privacy notices.

Information you choose to provide

When you email info@sportsnetworkhub.com, we receive your email address, your message, and any other information you choose to include. This may include your name, organization, contact details, project interests, a conversation brief, and attachments. We also receive information contained in your email signature and ordinary email delivery information.

Please include only the information needed for your inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, medical records, or confidential information about another person in an initial inquiry.

How the conversation brief works

The solutions explorer and brief builder process your selections and text in your browser. Entering an organization name or project description does not submit that information to Sports Network. The brief builder does not save those entries to our website database or intentionally store them in browser cookies or persistent browser storage.

Choosing Download your brief creates a text file on your device. Choosing Email your brief passes the brief to your selected email application to prepare a message addressed to info@sportsnetworkhub.com. Your email application or provider may store that draft under its own settings and privacy terms, even if you do not send it. Sports Network receives the brief when you send the email and it is delivered to us.

The interactive examples use sample data and calculations in your browser. They do not send your entries to an AI model. These examples describe our capabilities; they are not a connected customer service or production AI platform.

Technical information and cookies

When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, visit times, and error or security logs. This information helps deliver the site, diagnose problems, and protect it from misuse.

To ask about personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional follow-up communications, email info@sportsnetworkhub.com with the subject Privacy Request. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have additional rights, including access to or a copy of your information. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or other permitted reasons. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children and other websites

This corporate website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
